Job description

• Responsible for the efficient functioning of Domestic (GCC currencies) Outward transfers section – Dubai, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Kuwait and KSA


• Monitor and control all operational process and procedures of the section to ensure compliance with defined procedures and policies


• Identify, control and monitor the various operational risks of the section


• Ensure continued client satisfaction through continuous interaction with branches


• Ensure constant control over related internal reconciliable accounts- Internal accounts, Nostro accounts


• Make practical proposals to improve quality and security on processing and control tasks


• Report incidents/ errors if any, promptly to the management


• Monitor the functioning of the section to ensure efficient processing of transactions and optimise productivity


• Ensure control over irregular/ anomalous accounts relating to the section


• Ensure that client grievances/complaints are promptly and efficiently attended to
