Job description

• Provide legal advice to the different businesses and functions


• Review contracts and agreements and ensure their compliance with applicable laws


• Work with the business on the legal structuring of transactions


• Manage litigation and client dispute files


• Collect and analyze information on legal problems and propose solutions


• Realize punctual legal studies


• Participate in trainings and provide information to the bank’s departments to ensure a regular monitoring of the legal issues


• Answer requests of legal advice emanating from all the entities of BNP PARIBAS and from the customers


• Preserve the secrecy and confidentiality as per the bank’s policies


• Process files entrusted to Legal Department
