Job description
Present and purpose an Action Plan validated by Head of Administration, Regional Chief Operating Officer and deputy to Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Regional Chief Operating Officer
Liaising with Gulf Banking Organisation Department and Regional Control Unit Department for procedures and set up controls
Management of Regional Policies (Safety / Security procedures, Emergency procedures and Health procedures)
Contribution to the maintenance of current contracts
Contribution to Business Continuity Plan/ DR Projects
Support the branches in their development
Entry point for any real estate project
Coordination with Paris Security and Real Estate Team
Coordination with COOs in the Branches (Local COOs and Head of Administration for Bahrain are in charge of the day to day management of the premises)
Coordination of health & safety process within the Business Continuity Planframework and procedure
