Job description

• Responds to inquiries of RMs via phone and email in order to provide effective customer service


• Stays up to date with the PBIC recommendations and other important PB reports


• Receives & executes non – equity trade orders (emails, phone, other systems). Ensures the best execution


• Supports the AD in preparing marketing presentations, proposals, and other documentations


• Reports problems / errors as soon as they occur to management


• Follows up on the product offering and updates the RMs accordingly


• Handles the non-equity execution and, on a back-up basis, provides execution on equity markets


• Supports the AD with marketing, presentations, and proposals


• Suggests investment ideas and products. Works on developing the products in coordination with the product specialists


• Provides a back-up for equity execution when needed
